OVERVIEW
This website and online store are operated by Alexander Krasilshchikov, based in Israel. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Alexander Krasilshchikov.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced below, govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
1. ONLINE STORE AND ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order, you confirm that you have reached the age required to enter into a binding contract in your place of residence, or that you are acting with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide complete, current and accurate billing, payment and delivery information. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.
You may not use this website or its products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
2. ARTWORKS AND PRODUCTS
The products offered through this store are fine art prints reproduced from original paintings and drawings by Alexander Krasilshchikov. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, a purchase is for a physical reproduction and does not include the original artwork, copyright or any right to reproduce the image.
Most prints are produced individually after an order is placed. Available materials, sizes, finishes and framing options, if any, are described on the relevant product page.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colours accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, materials and printing processes. Minor variations of this kind do not normally constitute a defect. This does not affect your rights if a product materially differs from its description.
We may update product descriptions, options and availability or discontinue a product at any time. Changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where required to correct an obvious error or where an agreed alternative is offered to the customer.
3. ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or has entered processing, subject to successful payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- payment cannot be authorised;
- the product is unavailable;
- the delivery destination cannot be served;
- the order information appears incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent;
- the price or product information contains an obvious error; or
- accepting the order would violate applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Please review the product, size, material and delivery address carefully before submitting an order. Because prints are generally made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins.

4. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
The price charged will be the price shown at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of an obvious error.
Shipping charges and any taxes collected by the store will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.
We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect an order already accepted.
Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.
5. PRODUCTION, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Estimated production and delivery periods are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by the destination, print material, production facility, carrier, customs procedures, public holidays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We remain responsible for handling the order in accordance with applicable law. We are not responsible for delays caused solely by customs authorities, carriers, incorrect address information or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will provide reasonable assistance if a shipment is delayed or lost.
The customer is responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional production or shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer unless applicable law requires otherwise.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artworks, images, text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, website design and other original content displayed on this website are owned by Alexander Krasilshchikov or used with permission and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a print transfers ownership of that physical copy only. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, scan, publish, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from the artwork.
You may view and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. No website content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Shopify’s names, logos and related marks belong to Shopify or its licensors.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The store is hosted by Shopify. We may also use third-party providers for payment processing, printing, order fulfilment, shipping, analytics and other services necessary to operate the store.
Some website features or links may lead to services operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites that we do not control.
Any sale made through this store is made between the customer and Alexander Krasilshchikov. Shopify is the technology platform and is not the seller of the products.

You grant us permission to use voluntarily submitted reviews or feedback for operating and promoting the store, unless otherwise agreed. We will not publish personal contact information without permission.
Feedback must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, malicious or infringing.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered goods.
13. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful use of the website, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material breach of these Terms.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
15. NO WAIVER
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and purchases made through this store are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to them.
Subject to mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Israel.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, our services or applicable law. The current version will be posted on this page with any notice required by law.
Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already accepted.
